Our beef is 100% grass fed, with cattle spending their lives outdoors, grazing diverse pastures and growing at a natural pace. We favour native and traditional breeds, valued for their ability to thrive in these systems and for the depth of flavour, texture and character they bring to the finished beef.

Our standards continue from farm to butcher. We work with trusted regional abattoirs, keeping livestock journeys as short as possible while supporting the farming communities and local economies we work alongside. The beef is then expertly butchered and aged, giving it time to develop greater depth of flavour and tenderness. Careful handling and skilled butchery ensure the qualities developed on the farm are retained through every stage.
