In just over a week, Pipers Farm will become Edenmoor.
This rebrand marks an exciting new chapter for us, and we’ve been genuinely overwhelmed by the positive feedback we’ve received from our farmers, suppliers and customers so far. Thank you for being part of the journey.
While our name is changing, the things that matter most are staying exactly the same — the farmers we work with, the way we butcher, our commitment to animal welfare, and the care that goes into every order leaving our Cullompton headquarters.
We know you may have a few practical questions as we make the switch, so we’ve pulled together a simple FAQ section covering everything you might want to know.
The short answer? Nothing changes for you — just the name on the box.
To keep everything clear and easy to follow, we’ve gathered all the details in one place. You can read the full FAQs below, and we’ll continue to share reminders as we get closer to launch.
Thank you for your continued support. We’re so excited to welcome you to Edenmoor.
1. Why are you changing your name?
What began as a single farm has grown, steadily and deliberately, into a UK wide network of ethical producers. Because of this we are no longer defined by a single farm, but by a collective of artisans, landscapes and shared standards. Our new name, Edenmoor, better reflects who we are today and where we’re heading.
While our name is changing, our values haven’t, and we’re still committed to exceptional welfare, outstanding taste, and farming with integrity.
2. Is Edenmoor a new company?
No. Edenmoor is the new name for Pipers Farm. It’s the same business, the same farmers, and many of the same team - just a new name and identity that better reflects who we are today and where we’re heading.
3. Has ownership or management changed?
Our Chairman, Tim Radford, has been part of the Pipers Farm senior leadership team for over seven years and continues to lead the business. His son, Harry Radford, has been Managing Director since March 2025 and will remain in this role as we enter this new and exciting chapter.
Our founders stepped away from the business in early 2025 to pursue a new venture, and we wish them every success. What they built over the past 30 years is remarkable, and we remain deeply committed to the values and principles that have been at the heart of the business since the very beginning.
4. Will the food be of the same quality?
Yes, absolutely. Our sourcing standards, farming partnerships, and butchery practices are unchanged. If anything, Edenmoor allows us to express that quality more clearly. Recent investments made at HQ will allow us to materially improve quality, particularly in areas like butchery and dry ageing, and to take that to a new level.
5. Are the farmers you work with changing?
No. We continue to work with the same trusted farmers who share our commitment to animal welfare, sustainability, and flavour. We will also continue to bring new farms and artisan suppliers into our community, all of whom share the same values and ethical standards as us.
6. Will prices change because of the rebrand?
No price changes are happening because of the rebrand. Any future pricing decisions will continue to reflect fair pay for farmers and exceptional value for customers.
7. What happens to my existing orders?
Everything continues as normal. Existing orders, points and delivery schedules are unaffected.
8. Will the website or email addresses change?
Yes, from 2nd February Pipersfarm.com will become Edenmoor.com. Emails will come from hello@edenmoor.com and our sustainable packaging will begin to move across to Edenmoor, although some will still say Pipers Farm as we run down stocks. We’ll make this transition seamless and clearly signposted, so nothing gets missed.
9. Is Edenmoor more sustainable or ethical than before?
Our approach hasn’t changed, but our name now better reflects our long-standing commitment to regenerative farming, animal welfare, and working in harmony with the land. Recent investments into the business will also see better-tasting products for our customers, improved consistency and more choice.
10. Why now?
As we enter a new year, we’re also entering a new phase for the business. With the opening of our new purpose-built facility and significant investment across the company, we’re setting ourselves up for the long term. Our business has grown and evolved in scale, ambition, and capability, and this felt like the right moment to adopt a name that better reflects our broader vision for the future, while remaining firmly rooted in the values, standards, and farming partnerships that have always defined us.
11. What does the name Edenmoor mean?
We rest between Dartmoor and Exmoor. A landscape that has shaped everything we do. Our new name celebrates nature’s abundance and honours the moorland and countryside that roots us in place.
12. Will your packaging change?
Our commitment to thoughtful and sustainable packaging isn’t changing, but the design and branding on the packaging will begin to move across to Edenmoor from 2nd February. To ensure we minimise waste we won’t be recycling our Pipers Farm boxes and wool pouches, so for a while you may receive a mix of both Pipers Farm and Edenmoor branded items. Rest assured each item is sourced from the same suppliers, butchered in the same way and dispatched with care from our Cullompton Head Quarters.
12. What happens to my Pipers Perks?
All your Pipers Perks will remain on your account as before, and you will continue to earn them as before, however from Feb 2nd they will be called Moor Rewards
13. Have you moved?
Yes! We have made a significant investment into a new site, only a short distance from our previous office in Cullompton Devon. Our new facility allows us to materially improve quality, particularly in areas like butchery and dry ageing, and to take that to a new level. It also gives us the space and capability to expand our product range, something customers have been asking us to do for some time.
14. What do I need to do as a customer?
Nothing at all. Just enjoy the same great food you know and love, now under the Edenmoor name.
If you have any questions which aren't answered above, please do not hesitate to give us a call, or drop us a line.
Thank you
